Curly is Walter's younger brother. The middle child. A tad rough around the edges with a wild streak that Walter finds hard to understand. Cury is a powder monkey roaming the countryside blowing things up. He lives and plays hard and loves it . Pop over here to read his whole delightful story.
He is a one of a kind sculpture made from many layers of frayed and faded antique and vintage textiles over clay and wire. Each little piece of fabric carries a story of a life before Curly and they all come together to make him such a gorgeous bloke.
My sculptures are hand made in my studio in a beachside cottage in Perth Australia. Each one is completely unique and comes with it's own delightful story about each character's life and adventures.
Curly is a sculpture - he may look cuddly but he's not a toy. Curly is mounted on a timber post and base.
